- Log in – After your application is reviewed and accepted, you will receive an email with your login credentials to access the Resident Portal.
- Confirm – Sign your “Resident Conduct and Financial Responsibility Agreement” and pay your deposit to confirm your reservation.
- Get ready – You can expect a series of emails from us with information that will help you prepare for your experience at the International Student House of Washington, DC.

Looking to make your monthly payment?
Monthly payments are due between the 1st and 5th of each month. The button will take you to the Resident Portal where you can review your reservation(s), contact information, pay your deposit, monthly room and board fee as well as find other useful information.
Avoid a 5% late fee by submitting room and board payments by the 5th of each month.
