Kathryn M. Horlick is a lawyer who has worked in private practice and served the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of the General Counsel, advising the Office of Foreign Assets Control. She received her J.D. from The Georgetown University Law Center and her B.A. from Cornell University. She has been active with the Women’s Bar Association of DC.
Ms. Horlick has been a board member of International Student House of Washington, D.C. from 2006 to present and has served in many capacities during that time, including as chair of the Committee on International Dialogue, Secretary of the Board, Second Vice-President of the Board and co-chair of the 75th Anniversary Gala. In addition, Kathryn worked on fund-raising and chaired events for the British School of Washington and Kingsbury Day School. Ms. Horlick also volunteers with the Smithsonian Women’s Committee, focusing on fund-raising and allocation of grants.
